Current Positions Available:

Koomarri provides community support and employment services to over 300 people with moderate to severe disabilities in the ACT and surrounding districts.

Koomarri is seeking people who share our strong desire to create and shape support around people's needs rather than try and fit these people into service systems.

A natural aptitude for connecting with people, and a desire for an inclusive society are basic requirements for this work. While some previous experience is well regarded we can provide the necessary on the job training if you are new to this work but have the approach we are looking for.

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate:

Exceptional relationship building skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Imagination and flexibility, underpinned by a strong sense of accountability
Ability to create and provide individual support that enhances opportunities for a full and abundant life
