Koomarri has established skills in understanding the aptitudes and attributes of individuals and finding job roles and environments that will match their capabilities, interests and conditions for successful employment.
Our approach to finding sustainable employment for people with intellectual disability focuses on building genuine relationships in order to better understand the person’s aptitudes, interests and aspirations. This is achieved using a 'customised employment' process which is an evidence-based methodology that seeks to first discover a person's interests and talents and then identify a job that best matches their skills.
